# NWX Invest

> NWX Invest LP presents private-market investment strategies in real estate, private credit and innovation strategies to qualified investors, through a guided investor experience. Interests are offered under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D to verified accredited investors only, and solely through the official offering documents.

NWX is not an SEC-registered investment adviser, broker, or dealer. NWX is a registered trademark of NWX Capital Group LLC (USPTO Reg. No. 8,390,932); a trademark identifies the company's own services and carries no securities-registration meaning. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy a security. Performance is reported by vehicle, not by the group: where a figure is shown it is identified by the vehicle it belongs to and its source, and that vehicle's offering documents govern.

## Structure

- NWX Invest LP is the fund. NWX Management LLC is its general partner. NWX Capital Group LLC holds the NWX trademark (USPTO Reg. No. 8,390,932) and is a separate company from both — it is not the fund and holds no adviser status. Which of the three a given statement is about is stated on the offering documents and the legal pages, not summarised here.

## Regulatory status

- Is NWX an SEC-registered investment adviser, broker or dealer? No. See [Important Notice](https://nwxinvest.com/important-notice).
- Does the NWX trademark (USPTO Reg. No. 8,390,932) mean SEC, FINRA or NFA registration, approval, endorsement or supervision? No. A trademark is a right in a name and says nothing about what the holder is permitted to sell. See [Important Notice](https://nwxinvest.com/important-notice).
- Is this website an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, a security? No. An offer is made only through a specific vehicle's own offering documents, to investors eligible for it. See [Important Notice](https://nwxinvest.com/important-notice).
- Does creating an account, requesting materials or completing a verification step commit someone to invest, reserve an allocation, or make them eligible? No. Interests are offered under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D to verified accredited investors only, and eligibility is established separately, after an account exists.

## Security

- The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS (`Strict-Transport-Security`), a Content-Security-Policy restricting script and frame sources, `X-Frame-Options: DENY`, and `X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff`, on both the marketing site and the investor application.
- The investor portal, admin console and onboarding flow sit behind authentication and are excluded from search and answer-engine indexing (`robots.txt` and `X-Robots-Tag`); being reachable by URL is not the same as being permitted without signing in.
- No page on this site asks for a password, API key or payment credential through a link sent by email or message; sign-in happens only at [https://nwxinvest.com/login](https://nwxinvest.com/login), typed directly or reached from this site's own navigation.
