NWX AI-FIRST is a venture strategy we intend to build: investing in companies designed AI-first from the first day, rather than companies adding AI to what they already do. It is announced here because we would rather say what we are working on than appear with it finished. No fund has been formed. No terms exist. Nothing on this page is an offer.
Companies whose product, cost structure and team are shaped by AI from the outset — where removing the AI would leave no business, rather than a slower one. That is a narrower field than 'companies using AI', and narrowing it is the point.
A strategy announced only at launch asks you to trust a decision you never saw being made. Saying it early means the record shows what we intended, when, and what actually came of it — including if the answer turns out to be nothing.
No entity has been formed, no offering document has been drafted, no minimum has been set, no target return has been modelled, and no capital has been raised or accepted. There is no date, because a date we could not keep would be worth less than the silence.
If this becomes a real offering, it will be presented the way every NWX offering is: through official documents, to investors who are eligible for it, with the terms in writing before anyone commits anything. If you want to hear when that happens, create an investor profile and say so — it does not commit you to anything either.
